This Martha Stewart ghost costume is brilliant. The price? A not so brilliant $150! But an enterprising and crafty person could easily create this with yards of tulle and white underclothes.

I made that costume a few years ago with directions from the martha website. It was totally do-able! And probably cost me less than $30.
